Wholesale Terms & Conditions

• All orders are subject to a minimum order value of £100
• UK mainland delivery: £8 or FREE on orders over £200.
• Outside UK mainland delivery: from £12 (depending on your country and the quantity of products ordered) or half price delivery for orders over £350 - exclusions may apply
• All UK orders are subject to VAT - this is added at checkout. VAT will be charged at the current rate of 20% on all products excluding charts, which are 0%.
• For orders from outside the UK, VAT is not charged, however customs and handling fees and import tax may be payable once the goods reach you. We are not responsible for these costs and we recommend that you check your country's requirements before placing an order with us.
• Sales on third party websites, including but not limited to Amazon, Ebay, Etsy and Notonthehighstreet.com, are not permitted
• Lead-time: currently 5 to 10 working days from receipt of order (whilst I'm on maternity leave) - this might be longer at busy times of the year and for large orders. We will let you know immediately if there are any expected delays.
• Payment: for your first order, please enter your card details at checkout to pay upfront. Alternatively, an invoice or payment link will be issued via email with payment still due upfront. For orders thereafter and for existing customers, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date (you are able to select 30-day payment terms at checkout).
• All wholesale orders are non-refundable or exchangeable unless an item is faulty
• Payment for an order indicates acceptance of all terms and conditions
